What Wend is

Wend tracks your skin from a daily face photo. It describes what it can see, compares it with your own earlier scans, and suggests a routine and habits. You must be 18 or older to use Wend.

Not medical advice

Wend's scores, notes, routines and product suggestions are general information produced with the help of AI from photos, which can be affected by light, angle and camera. They can be wrong. Wend does not diagnose conditions, identify allergies, prescribe treatment or promise results. It never replaces your doctor, dermatologist or prescriber. If you take a prescription such as isotretinoin or tretinoin, follow your prescriber's instructions and check with them before changing anything. If something worries you, seek qualified medical care.

Your photos and content

Only scan your own face. You keep ownership of your photos, answers and notes, and you allow us and our providers to process them only to provide Wend, as the Privacy policy describes. You can delete them at any time by deleting your account in Settings.

Products

Product information and scores come from ingredient lists that may be incomplete, outdated or different in your region. Check the packaging and the manufacturer's information before using a product. Third-party products and websites are their providers' responsibility.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information. Do not misuse Wend, try to reach another person's data, or interfere with how it runs. We may limit or end access for misuse.

Subscriptions

Wend Pro is billed through Apple under the terms shown at purchase and renews automatically until you cancel in your Apple subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Changes and responsibility

We may change or stop features, and we will tell you about material changes to these terms before they apply. Wend is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
