Getting a good scan
Bare skin, soft light from the front, phone at eye level. Scan at about the same time each day so days compare fairly.
Deleting your data
Settings, then Delete account, removes your photos and data from your iPhone and our servers. To delete specific scans instead, email us.
Your subscription
Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel it.
